Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed with Skinistry by Siobhan through our online shop.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days following successful payment confirmation.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, as Skinistry by Siobhan is a small, one-person business, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods.
Orders placed during evenings, weekends, or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

At present, Skinistry by Siobhan delivers to the UK mainland only.
Courier
Our primary courier is Royal Mail, and all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Responsibility for Delivery
Under UK law, goods remain the responsibility of Skinistry by Siobhan until they are delivered to the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, Skinistry by Siobhan is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier, but will provide reasonable assistance in resolving delivery issues.
If an order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact Siobhan at

Returns & Refunds
Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Skinistry by Siobhan in writing within the 14-day cancellation period. Customers then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Hygiene Exemption
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not as described. This exemption applies in accordance with UK law.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Extended 30 Days)
In addition to statutory rights, Skinistry by Siobhan offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are:

If an item is faulty or damaged, customers have 30 days from receipt to reject the goods for a full refund.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Skinistry by Siobhan will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Refused, Returned or Uncollected Deliveries
If a delivery is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or not collected, additional charges may apply to cover return postage and any re-delivery costs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where goods are faulty or not as described.
